Overview

HAL Simplify is a business software provider based in Saudi Arabia. Their core products include

1. HAL Business Success – Next Generation ERP for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

2. VATCARE - Get ZATCA Saudi Arabia e-invoicing compliant without changing your current Accounting or ERPs

3. HAL Edgecation Suites – For Large educational institutions.

The Situation

HAL Simplify needed its website and lead generation systems to actually convert, not just exist. The site was outdated, even though the site had over 10,000+ monthly visitors, there was no consistent lead capture system in place and the conversion rate was low.

The Challenge

This role sat at the intersection of design and growth — meaning success wasn't measured by visual polish alone, but by whether design decisions moved a real business metric. I had work through social media, email campaigns and create funnels to capture the inbound leads and also segment the existing leads for outbound outreach.

My Approach

I led the website redesign with conversion as the primary design driver — not just making pages look clean, but restructuring information hierarchy so the value proposition was clear within seconds, simplifying forms to reduce friction, and designing pop-ups/CTAs that felt helpful rather than intrusive. I worked directly with the CMO and developers to ensure lead forms and pop-ups were designed around actual funnel data.

Beyond the website, I also implemented lead capture automation and CRM integration using HAL simplify’s internal CRM tool and also Lemlist, so that design wasn't just generating interest but feeding directly into a system the sales team could act on.

  • Revamping landing pages for industry specific pages that attract the most leads

  • Developing monthly newsletters and case studies

  • Managing the company’s social media presence and building brand awareness

The Outcome

Over 6 months, we had increased the website traffic by 32%, increased conversion rate by 8%, increased CTR for the newsletter and case studies by 15%.
