Overview
Jugyah is India’s fastest growing tech enabled mortgage and real estate broker. For renters, buyers and sellers, we enable a superior, tech enabled best in class transactional experience, with free legal assistance, embedded insurance benefits and the lowest commission in the market. For borrowers, we facilitate the best home loans at the lowest rates in the market. Jugyah is backed by the three largest real estate developers in the country and some of the top tier angels and VCs globally.
The Situation
Transforming the billion dollar real estate industry in India through prop-tech eliminating the traditional way of renting properties through brokers. I led the product design alongside the CEO and the CTO.
Challenge and Key Responsibilites
As the sole in-house designer I owned and shipped everything from the landing pages to KYC flows to marketing assets.
Here's a brief list of the the modules that I was responsible for:
Search and Discovery - Built property listing pages, Map view, Property detail page.
Visit Booking - Designed the entire flow for scheduling a visit
Trust and Verification - E-KYC and Credit assessment for tenants
Login and Signup - Authentication flows for tenants and Owners
Design System - Fully functional cohesive design system build
Customer Facing - User Research, Did feedback calls with over 100+ website visitors
Marketing and Social - Created 30+ email templates and managed email campaigns
